AJ Perry is a Martial Artist, Writer, MMA Judge and Internet Marketer.

After 6 years of University and 8 years in the Architectural profession AJ turned his back on all of it to rebuild his life around the Martial Arts.

Combining his skills in design, writing, teaching and public speaking AJ wrote and published his first book “Martial Games for Kids” in 2005.  This book aimed at helping Martial Arts Instructors teach young kids their skills in a fun new way that speeds up the learning process was a hit worldwide.

Knowing that the book was too specialised to get in published in the traditional methods AJ promoted the book via online marketing and distribution.  This experience opened his eyes to the power of the internet for local and worldwide marketing.

In May 2010 AJ launched his “Internet Marketing for Martial Arts Schools” which is an online video training course for martial artists that want to learn how to build their own profitable websites to promote their school, products or services.

AJ is now focussing on building an Australian MMA Brand of training gear named “Raining Bombs” with the idea of raising money to put back into the sport by supporting young MMA fighters. 

AJ says “These young guys and girls train 6 days a week for years and only get a couple of hundred dollars per fight to put their health on the line in the hope that one day it will pay off.  I want to help the unknowns get through the hard times and reach their goals”.

AJ now travels around Australia as a guest judge at MMA events and looks forward to doing the same internationally as opportunities present themselves.
